Shipping Info and Returns

We want to ensure that you are happy with the quality and fit of the item you purchase from us!

SHIPPING:

International shipping is available. We ship all of our products insured and safely packaged. Please inquire (tigsstorethornbury@gmail.com) regarding shipping timelines outside of Canada. If you require express post, or next day shipping please contact us directly and we can arrange this at an additional fee.

Shipping within Canada

Orders are sent via Canada Post unless otherwise specified. Applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when your order is processed according to where the item will be shipped. Orders will be shipped the following business day. 

Rate for shipping within Canada: $12, free after purchase of $150 or more

Shipping to the USA & International

Orders are sent to the USA and Internationally via Canada Post. Orders shipped are charged with Canadian taxes; however, orders may be subject to import fees/ duties & taxes. Tigs cannot take responsibility for any fees that may be applied to a parcel once it crosses the border. 

Rate for shipping to the USA: $12 

Rate for shipping Internationally: $40

RETURNS:

If you need to return an item please email tigsstorethornbury@gmail.com to inform us of the reason for returning the item. For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. Original tags and packaging must be intact.  Full refunds can be issued within 14 days of purchase with a copy of the receipt/confirmation email. We offer exchange or credit up to 30 days following purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not offer returns on jewelry and all intimates or special order items.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping of the item (duties included).

If you are returning the item due to a defect or because you received the wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs.

Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE.
